Order

To begin an order, please tell us the products you're interested in with as much detail as you can -- such as size, material, coloring, etc -- and we can get back to you with additional information and a quote for cost.

In general, we estimate a 2 week turn-around for most orders, though journals and hand-stitched embroideries will take longer, and bulk soap orders that require making a new batch take 7 weeks to fully cure.

For delivery, we can add the cost of shipping to your order, or if you're local to Spokane, we can arrange pick-up -- the easiest of which is to simply come by our booth at one of the markets we attend.

Orders can be paid by cash, check, or card, though your order will not be shipped or delivered until your check has been fully processed.

If within 7 days of your receipt of your order, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we can take returns and issue refunds on many items, but not all. If an item is customized with a name or similar personalization, soaps that have been opened, and items that have been damaged cannot be returned.
